These Terms of Service govern your use of the Signature Sparkle by Stephanie website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our online store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any applicable laws while using our services.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, sizes, and other details accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment batches, materials, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of some products.

Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, designs, and pricing may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, design selections, and other personalization details before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

Custom, personalized, and specially made products are final sale except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order. Small variations that are normal for handmade or decorated products are not considered defects.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or an inability to complete the requested customization.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion. Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production has begun.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are shown at checkout when required. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by product availability, customization, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

7. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

All exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Regular non-personalized apparel is eligible for approved exchanges only within the stated exchange window. Custom and personalized products are final sale except as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including our business name, logos, graphics, product photographs, text, designs, and original artwork, are owned by or licensed to Signature Sparkle by Stephanie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

When you provide artwork, logos, photographs, names, or other material for a custom order, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it. You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's rights or violates any law.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to engage in unlawful activity; infringe intellectual property rights; submit false or misleading information; transmit malicious code; collect personal information about others without authorization; interfere with the website's security or operation; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions, except where required by law.

11. Accuracy and Availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information or cancel affected orders when permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an as-available basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Sparkle by Stephanie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
